Controller

What we collect
Account data: your e-mail and, if you give them, your name and boat name.
Bookings and stays: which buoy, when, the amounts paid, refunded or charged.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive a reference to your payment, never your full card number.
Location: only when you press "Show my location" or use the app's buoy finder, and only on your device — we don't store your position.
Technical data: logs needed to run and secure the Service.
Why
To provide bookings and stays you ask for (contract), to process payments and keep accounting records (legal obligation), and to secure and improve the Service (legitimate interest).
Who receives it
The Marina you book with receives your booking and contact details. Our processors: Supabase (database and accounts, EU region), Amazon Web Services (hosting), Stripe (payments), Blues (device connectivity). Map search goes to Photon (OpenStreetMap data) and weather to Open-Meteo, without personal data.
How long
Account data for as long as you have an account. Booking and payment records for as long as accounting law requires [period — to be completed].
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to processing, and complain to your data-protection authority. Write to privacy@emooring.eu.
Cookies
We use only what the Service needs: your sign-in session and your language choice. Your browser also remembers whether you have seen the guided tour. No advertising or tracking cookies.
